I'm posting this here because I don't know how many of you are looking at the official HOW page. We need a few more yaks for the event on the 10th. I have room for up to 3 additional yaks on my truck, plus my 3. Any one in the Sac area have a loaner that I could transport? Or anyone between here and Turlock? Paddles and PFD's would be nice too. Send me a PM or reply here if you can help.
   thanks, Rob

Kat and I are trying to make it. If we don't we have 3 kayaks for sure that you can take, maybe 5.

( hope he is not already gone have not touched base with him this week yet...)

Just heard from the VA...  close to 50,,,,  there are always a some cancelations at the last moment, and last second add ons...

Don, I will try to give you a call soon. As of today, we have about 6
different programs invited with a total of about 40 veterans. I am
waiting to hear back from San Jose clinic, which will raise our numbers
closer to 46 or so. I remain mindful of your 50 count max.

Groups Attending: P-Trip PAD, Outpatient PCT & PNS LMD, San Jose PCT,
Menlo Park PCT, PNS inpatient
*   PCT Livermore (Stephanie):  5
*   PNS Livermore (Miriam): 6 to 8 spots
*   San Jose Clinic (Drea): 6 to 8 spots (will get back to me)
*   Menlo Park (Jeff): 20x
*   PAD P-TRIP (Diep, Huy): 2x
*   HUD-VASH (Kate Butler): 10 veterans

we could use some help...

kayaks and volunteers out on the water...

I can work with Paddleboy on loaner gear since I pass by his shop on the way down. Let's get a list together of what we need and I will talk to him on Tuesday about what we can borrow.

Bro,

 you are reading my mind, How would it work if your car pooling with Team_Chacho...  I would love to get a slush fund together to help Team_Chacha drive his trailer and maybe he could pick up some yaks too, if nothing else, just to get him there with his stuff. I plan on dropping by Dan's shop and loading what I can on my rig .

Dan has a trailer that he said he can load 8/9 fishing kayaks on along with pfds, paddles... I still need to talk to him as I said this would be a last resort and have not confirmed that we need his help.  another plan is to have Frankfishing take my trailer and I'll go get Dan's rig o yaks...

lets keep in touch with this, I think Dan is out of town right now as I can not get ahold of him.

I actually don't have a trailer. Just a Pontiac G6 that I can fit at most 3 on the roof rack. I also have some bass gear, not a lot though that I can bring. Isn't Kelsey a barbless only place?

Copy,

That's a tough Pontiac G6!!!

 Yes it is barbless, but I think you can get away with spinnerbaits, it's really a matter of them getting gut hook...

no senkos as LMB just inhale those suckers...

 do you think ya can make it?

Sorry I have not been in touch today. Started working at 8 this morn and got home at around 9 tonight. I'll be in touch tomorrow if you are all available. I can put 2 on my truck and 4 on trailer. If I can stack them sideways somehow on the trailer I should be able to carry 6 there and the 2 on truck. Or stacked on truck sideways maybe 4 there too. I have 3 of my own. One is a SIK though. I'd rather bring all SOT's.
