I haven't posted on here for a while.

I have an 8 HP Mercury outboard motor with a longshaft and electric start.

I got the outboard from a friend who had it on a sail boat and was upgrading to a four stroke.  I intended to build a drift boat and use the outboard on that, but then I got a kayak and abandoned the drift boat idea.

The outboard is in great shape and was well cared for.
