The Big Ol' Nasty Getdown

I was lucky enough to see this concert posted online just two days before the show. It so happens that it was my good friend's Birthday the same day and we met up. He was able to get his tickets free thru the Hydro store he frequents because they sponsor the venue, Moe's Alley, and because he is such a good customer 

So we met up and had one of the nights of our lives 

The Music was so good, for those of you who aren't familiar with this, it's a collaboration of George Clinton and other p-funk members as well as other funk bands and musicians, this was OFF THE HOOK!!!

The very best part is that my friend recorded the show, so I hope to see a copy soon!! This was so much fun, but I paid for it the next day in Monterey 

It was worth it. Shook hands with a few of the members after the show, thanked them for the good time and got home safely. If any of you ever see this incarnation of Funk come to town don't pass it up!!

Looks like yall had a good time!!! Mo's is a great place to see good groups and they bring in all kinds of music there. Whatever your taste in music....they often have something worth seeing. I wish I had a friend that could get me a free ticket .........guess I should start by wishing I had a friend
