I heard some folks been catching off topwater and drifting minnows.  Has anyone tried yet?

I fish the AR here by Watt up to Arden each day...mornings early and after 7pm do the trick.
Been getting them pretty consistent. Looks like the late summer run is on. Plenty of them in the system. Biggest for me in the past few weeks has been a 15 pounder. But more schools than anything. Swim baits are working for me. Only one on topwater.
