My suit has boot socks built in to the suit. It is a bpod.
I just wear some oversized neoprene wader socks over the drysuit socks to protect the soles from wear.
I just wear several pairs (as is necessary) of warm socks underneath for warmth.
Does anyone use some sort of neoprene dive boot over your built in drysuitbooties/socks?

I was told by dive shops that for warmth it is best to use multiple socks as a neoprene dive boot needs to be against ones skin to generate warmth with the water your body heats up. That would seem to make sense.

Thanks in advance.

I wear the hardcore wool socks(from rei) underneath and a pair of oversized Keen sandals outside.

I have used neoprene booties over my drysuit socks, but it is tight on my feet.  I have also tried fake "Keen" type sandals from Walmart, but it was still too tight.  Then I tried Crocs.  They are very comfortable.  They are ugly, but they feel pretty good.  When I first got them, my son asked me if I was a little kid playing at the beach or an old lady gardening.
