Make your Albion 2012 reservations soon

The US national spear competition is only 2 days prior to our event. The campground will be swamped so make your reservations now to get the sites you want. Hurry. We 40 blocked off for NCKA but I would get on it now. Thanks, Craig. Im not changing the date. You guys wanted abalone season to be on so we can dive for ab's too.

Kinda blows, the kids and several others enjoyed the crabbing off the docks. Couple that with the other competition and the kids will be back in school, I really think that the turn out will be significantly less. I think I speak for several people when I ask you to reconsider scheduling to the end of July again. Team Montana will be there regardles, but please reconsider.

I for 1 can't make a reservation this far out. I won't know my schedule till the beginning of next year. I will most likely be able to go, but I hate to reserve a spot now. 2011 I had other events before and after Albion too. I am going to hope for the best.

WTG Jedmo!. I know that its early and all that and some might have a conflict with school but its abalone season too that weekend. Might be fun being with the entire US diving nuts eh? Fuzz will be there and Brandi can compete for two events. Just a heads up thats all.

28.95. SPEARS, HARPOONS AND BOW AND ARROW FISHING TAcKLE. Spears, harpoons
and bow and arrow fishing tackle may be used for taking all varieties of skates, rays, and sharks,
except white sharks. Such gear may not be possessed or used within 100 yards of the mouth
of any stream in any ocean waters north of Ventura County, nor aboard any vessel on any day
or on any trip when broadbill swordfish or marlin have been taken. Bow and arrow fishing tackle
may be used to take finfish other than giant (black) sea bass, garibaldi, gulf grouper, broomtail
grouper, trout, salmon, striped bass, broadbill swordfish and white shark.

Not sure Mike but I think it was held at Caspar the last two years. Their event shuldnt interfere with us too much. Except for the camping space. We have 40 blocked off.
