No focus on scroll bar in IE9?

is anyone else using IE9? 
My new work machine came with it, and this forum won't let me scroll using the mouse pointer and clicking on the scroll bar. Other forums, no problem (NWKA, Humboldt tuna)
I've resorted to page up, page down, or up/down arrows...total PITA....

I experience the same with IE8

I just came home and had the same problem.  I think its the same problem, if I am understanding you right. Try double clicking the scroll bar to engage it, and then push it up and down as per usual.

how odd, to get focus you have to click, then click and hold again...

THE FIX:

Click the ALT key to get the menu
Select TOOLS
Select COMPATIBILITY VIEW

bingo....


P.S. I never use IE, LOL

Google Chrome!

Yah Chrome....Firefox...I can pick all I want on my personal machines, but not on the work one.
