No longer Bennettdanville - Now Fish 'n Brew

I have changed my name from Bennettdanville to Fish 'n Brew which is a much better representation of who I am and what I do.

I'm sorry to say, I don't have anything ready.  I dry hopped my latest brew yesterday and plan to bottle it when I get back from Albion.  After two weeks in the bottles, it should be ready to taste but I prefer to age it a few more weeks.  I don't usually brew much in the summer months because it can be really difficult to control the temperature during the fermentation process.  I usually ferment in my garage and it's much easier to warm the carboy than it is to lower the temp. 

I'm planning to serve the latest brew at the Loose Screws Board meeting at my home in October.  We could adopt you as a Loose Screw and you could attend.  If that doesn't work, we will surely meet up at hook-up and I always bring home brew if I have it.  The board meeting is the first Sunday in October.  It's a potluck and will begin around 1:00 in the afternoon.  You are certainly welcome to join us!
