Used Wheeleez mini w/ straps

Bought it from Fishin-Jay a few years ago $75 & only used a few times.  try to make four wheels for Elk & other long launch but don't really need it.
Caution!: it's really not useful for normal fishing kayaks (even my mini-x)
Some innovator might use it for something else...
