No offense, but with a quick search you'll find that the most popular cart isn't sold used because nobody wants to part with it.

Hello if price is an issue go to harbor freight and buy some Pneumatic wheels for 10 bucks a piece then tell me what the dimensions of your yak is and I'll build one for you nothing fancy but it will do well for most types of terrain but not sand.

i've got a scupper hole cart for a hobie with the fat wheels that you can have for 20 bucks

I got the wheeleez beach cart. I barrowed one a couple weeks ago and it worked great over the sand and rocks at Fort Ross
