We've decided that the course needed to be a bit simpler and easier for people that aren't familiar with paddling in Monterey and use visual landmarks to help guide the course.

Kayaks will be launched beginning at 10:00AM at the Municipal beach behind Monterey Bay Kayaks
(Directions here: http://goo.gl/JNOMd)

Please find Sledge at the sign in table for the signup beginning at 9:00AM!

There is a 10$ fee for ALL day parking, or you can pay hourly if your only going to be there for the afternoon festivities.

Course Outline:

Launch At MBK
Paddle up Cannery Row
Paddle over to the Red Buoy
Chill, Fish, Water fight, Etc
Paddle back to MBK by 1PM for Pot Luck!
BTW It's BYOB :smt002 And be sure to bring your water gun  :smt003

Be SURE to watch out for Boat Traffic!!!

A copy of the PIF Paddle Map will be provided at the signup!
