Bringing some friends and family to play in the mud at Lawson's and dig up some tasty clams.  We will be there around 7am, in the water by 7:30.  As always, company is welcome.

I haven't crabbed there, but I figured I'd bring a few rings to give it a shot.  Anyone suggest where to drop them?  I've also heard the tide can be swift enough to lose your traps,  I'd love to hear from anyone that has experience.

Yes Crabs are there! And yes, the current can take your rigs. U got to have a big bouy or bumper in order to keep up above the current! Especially if its a negative tide the current willbe moving! rite out in front of the pier is good to drop and out in the channel behind the clam beds/flats hold crabs goodluck. ricci
