I took this gun out of the bag this past weekend and there was oil leaking from it. I knew that was bad, but decided to pressurize it to see if that might help the piston re-seal. Nope. doesn't hold air.

Anyway, I've searched all over the internet and can't find a source for spare parts or schematics, and Nemrod has gone out of business long ago.

Does anyone know anything about them or where I might get some help repairing it?

It is a Nemrod Clipper II pneumatic mid handle gun...can't even find a link to show what it is...

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Peter

Just to close out this threaad: I was able to find a piston at Capt Aqua dive center in Hayward. They used to sell Nemrods and this was the last piston that they happened to have in stock. So for $20 I decided to give it a try, and disassembled, cleaned, lubed, and reassembled the gun with the new piston in it.

she APPEARS to be holding air so far! I'm traveling now, so the proof will be if it is still tight when I get back this Thursday. Fingers crossed...

I am going to keep my eyes peeled for a good used band gun, or a good sale going on. Hoping for a mid handle 2 band gun in the 32-38" range.

Mike N makes some beautiful short midhandle guns. See if he wants to sell one.
