Finally a GoPro Hero Camera...

Finally my commander in chief allowed me to purchase a GoPro Hero.  I checked out Best Buy and they have it on sale $149.00.  This is the 960 version and it comes with the head strap and accessories.  So here I am sitting at home reading the manual and trying to figure this thing out. Can't wait to put it in use. My older daughter already said it's her when snowboarding season is in full swing. I love them kids. So if you're looking for a GoPro Hero Camera, check out Best Buy.

I have the 960 and it works great....if you are gonna use it for diving you may want to consider getting the flat lens from mako....I scratched the crap out of mine my first time with it (can't tell underwater but can tell above) though so am now in the market for a second "regular" housing for above water footage.

I did not know that BB has the Go Pros now.  I will have to see if they have the head straps as Cycle Gear did not have them. 

BigJim, I will try to keep up with you and thanks for the tip on the flat lense.

I didn't notice which model or the price but Costco in Danville has the GoPro cameras again.  I'm not looking for one, so I didn't check it out but usually if Costco has the item the price is RIGHT.

Costco Danville has the 960, Right now its actually cheaper at Best Buy cause of the sale they are having.  REI is also having a sale on them too, cant remember the price there though.
