Whats going on everyone.  I had the day off of work today and decided to hit the water in search of SWS gold.  I arrived at the pier around 930 just as they were unloading a huge tractor. great now i have to avoid the tractor when its supposed to be my day of search and destroy.  What nerve these people have.  but i was quickly over it as i love heavy machinery.  so i suit up and head for the beach.  I hunted under that big beige house on the north end of the cove.  You know that little shack with the terrible view.  As i take my first couple of dives the water is clear but not alot of life moving around, not even that crackling noise.  on my tenth dive or so i look way back in a hole and catch a little friend of mine napping.  a 16"  cabbie and after i shot him, boy was he crabby.  as I made my way back to the surface i thought, wouldnt it be nice to have someone to share this with and bammm! there was joe bloodbath.  good seeing you man, glad you got your dinner.  I cruised for another couple of hours and picked up a couple of nice kelp or grass rock fish(whatever they all taste good) and my second cabezon.  I tried hook and line for a bit but it was damn windy and decided to head home.  fried fish and oreos, with a tall boy of Coors Original.  sounds like a dinner for champions to me.  I hope you all have an awesome time at GS5.  Im pissed that im not gonna be able to go but I am in next year.
