The wife and I plan to take the new Pop-Up trailer on it's maiden voyage this weekend.
We'll be staying at the luxurious Ranch Seco Resort and Campground. Will arrive Friday night and leave Sunday around noon.

Our plans are simple, relaxing, eating, drinking wine and bass fishing.  Sam the pug will be with us also.

Thanks Mike. That's one of the reasons we're taking it out this weekend.

No tweakers, but lots of boy scouts. They`ve been rolling in all afternoon. Hope the wind dies down. It`s howling across the flatlands out here.

Didn't catch anything. Actually, the kayak never left the roof of my truck. We had a nice time just relaxing. But that wind really sucked. We were home by 10:30am this morning then headed to Lodi to map out a family bike wine tour.

I'll see you out there another time.

Nice Sunset Al looks like you got it dialed in Mini SUV, Mini-X, Mini Pop-up and a Mini Pug  :smt003

Very nice setup Al. Great sunset photo. Too bad about the wind.

For my two cents, the best add on I ever got for our popup was solar bunk end covers. It makes an amazing difference to the inside temps. Even on cooler days with the sun shining, the inside temp can get toasty.

The wind is a big bummer at times out at Seco, if it is 10 mph in Sac, then it is usually about 30 out at Seco.  I have seen some monster waves out there and had wind surfers go by real fast.  Glad to hear no tweakers, last time I stayed the night I was really glad I was in my rv and not a tent.
