04/29 FRIDAY: Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey anyone ??

I'm dying to get out since my last ARW skunk 2 weeks ago.

I'm OPEN to location: Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey, or the Bay

I'm OPEN to species: Halibut, Salmon, baitfish 

I just need a saltbath therapy- NCKA style!
I'll even consider freshwater (SPB?)

      I'll be hitting Santa Cruz again on Saturday and Sunday with a few other members.    Should be awesome for Halibut.   Hooked up twice today and lost it after a 5 minute battle.  Could have been  a big ling...   if so, I'm glad I lost it.   Would have been heartbreaking to let go a 20+ lb Ling just a few days before opener.

Ernest, I don't want to change your father/son plans. Thx for willing to accomodate.  I'm gonna wait til tomorrow to see if anyone is interested in getting salty. 
If not, I'll probably hit San Pablo.

John, shadow cliffs has been producing lots of thunder trouts lately.  That's right in your own backyard.  Since you are off you might give that a try.

Thx Rey.  I decided to come into the office and get some work done instead.  I will try next week, hope the bite is still on.  Maybe we can get a hookup for the tri-valley area...
