Seems it's a no brainer to do what ever it takes to keep invasive species out of our waters, there shouldn't be a need for regulations and people to enforce them.

The record on keeping them out (Google on: Grass Carp, New Zealand Mud Snail) isn't good, but we have to try. I used to get irritated but I realize we have to try so I just deal with it. I just hope it doesn't dent the participation in the sport because of the hassle and costs.
