I'm pretty sure it was $5 and $5.  Good to know the ranger said kayaks don't need to pay launch fee.  I'll stop paying it!

Has anybody ever fished the Detention Dam? I use to fish it alot as a kid, been back once in the kayak.

I have called Park and got confirmed that kayak does not need to pay the launching fee. Parking fee is required in the designated areas. See you there.
