I read about this yesterday, still makes me physically sick to my stomach...such a tragedy.

  

I got a short distance in and stopped. I hate reading about that kind of stuff. I'm a dad and it makes me too sick.

Horrible stuff.  I don't know why they're not mentioning charges against the parent for this.  Strapped in a stroller on a dock with NO RAILS.  It's NOT a large dock either.  How do you fail to pay attention to your kid in a situation like that?

I'd bet that meth had to do with this tragedy.
