Those are some very well crafted stone tools!

Back in the mid '90s I had the opportunity to visit Santa Cruz Island for a week, and one day we did some minor research at some garbage middens. In between the grass tufts we found bone hooks and shell beads that were used as trade money. The money pieces were about as large as a hearing aid battery, with a tiny hole drilled through them so that they could be carried in long strings. The drills were made of chert stone. Boggles my mind that they could work with such precision.

Cool article Chaeki, thanks!

Thanks Chaeki Very Cool I found a strange one last week in Santa Rosa
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.
