Bay Perch - 02.16.06

Spoke with a couple of my fellow Flips (Filipino) fishing the Wind Surf Launch at Foster City. The Perch are moving in big numbers along the shorelines between the Wind Surf Launch and the North side of the San Mateo Bridge. According to my bros...shrimp bait is key.

are perch out of season in the bay? there was a rule change a few years back.
