Allowed to check in @ 2:00 PM 2/17/11 Eagles View campsite, Del Valle. Any of the Volunteers that spend the night please check in here so we can get a clue as to some kind of game plan for dinner. Any and all Ideas are welcome.

I will be there with my motorhome and lots of firewood. We can use my MH for cooking. Have 4 burner stove and convection/micro. Generator if we need it. I'm all for simple, but tasty food. Maybe breakfast burritos in am? Sausage and eggs? Toast, bisquits? I'm more of a AM cook than one for dinners. Maybe just grill up a bunch of chicken for dinner. Rice, potatos, etc. And of course, adult beverages. Have blender, will travel.
