$6 at Doran and I believe $8 at lawson...Crabs and Clams...PRICELESS!!! :smt003

shovel with the pointed or rounded end is preferred...a small plastic cup or bowl to dig out sand from inside the tube is a must...and yes, wasabi and soy sauce is required.... :smt005

NOAA say windy in the morning but calmer in the afternoon so i say it's perfect!

My bad, I had already asked that question with my first post.  Hamchi, are you coming?  Do you have to pay for parking at Doran and at Lawsons?  Where exactly are we meeting at in the morning at Doran?  I've never been there, looked at it on Google Earth a bunch though and drove by it on my way up the sonoma coast.

I don't know the exact number address but if you can look up bodega link golf course online, they are next to each other.  once you enter the gate ($6 fee)  drive all the way to the end by the jetty.  park by the bathroom/bbq picnic tables and launch on the beach...hope that helped.

Shellback,
Allan/Hightide gave me the above information a while back. Hope this helps.

Thanks Jedmo. We will definitely have a good time. Will keep you posted with report and pictures.
Nudling, we will miss your strong bulging muscles but I got a feeling that I will have a comeback for this event so we'll hookup then.

Till then.

Good lucks with the crabbing guys.  I'm sure you'll have fun with clam digging.

Were out here at Lawsons Landing right now waiting for the minus tide. The wind is howling and it's raining off and on. We did ok on Crabs at Doran, lots of rocks and small female dungies. I think Hightide got his limit- the guy is a crab magnet! I ended up with 6 dungies, one being pretty big. It's been a fun day so far, I'm glad the paddle to the clamming grounds is short, cause the wind is way strong!
