Monterey Bay 1/26

Going to see the in-law tomorrow in Monterey.  Thinking about launching at MBK or Coast Guard pier around 8am.  Wonder is it too early for Hali there?  Any chance the WSB still around? Any local info/tips are appreciated.

Last minute schedule change!  I won't be able to ge there before noon.  Hopefully the wind won't be that bad in the afternoon.
