No this isn't another one of my navy stories. I heard from a well seasoned commercial crab fisherman that most of the crabs are out deep mating for another five weeks out of six total. He said that they wouldn't grab a piece of bait if you set it right in front of them.

now you tell me, just got back from doran, this morning, only had four legal dungies for a 20 hour soak, but a whole mess of rock that are now becoming bisque, cameron

They are deep 150ft, from a friend that pulled two pots yesterday and 40 dungies.

...Crabs, and a 5-6 week long gestation period? Sure sounds like a Navy story to me.
