From FullSpeed ...

"A buddy and I went out of Capitola on Sunday scored quite a few Sandabs, tons of croakers, a couple of rockfish, some sharks, and a couple of undersized halibut. Was talking to a kayaker who has been slaying the halibut."

All right guys, who's the butt yakker?  Share the dope ...

yeah....I WISH!!  I'm tempted to take the credit, but alas it is not so.

i think it was this guy named Ron, who fishes a kayakl exclusively in that area. Nice guy, kinda quiet loner type. I know he got at least one a year ago in january.

They are out there, you just have to put the time in.....a LOT of time!

thanks for the heads up, joel!

SCAllen,  any tips you might be able to offer when targetting them this time of year?
