I want to make reservations at Sunset State Beach so I can fish Moss this year. It's been years since I stayed there . I need input to what camping area or particular campsites, any input would be great. Tent camping and bigger the better so I can share if any of you want to fish. I'm thinking of July 5,6,7,8.
Or other suggestions Monterey might be nice also.

Mike - there's also New Brighton State Beach in Capitola. Brian G, Erik K, Bill, Mike (sturgy) and I camped there last year for the Kayak Connection Derby. Not a bad place to stay. Good perch fishing there....well....for Bill at least  :smt011

New Brighton was fun and really nice surf fishing. I was a bit crowded but it was June when we where there so a lot of summer vacation families. Great facilities as well, nice showers and bathrooms.
