Scwafish - you should turn in that article to the Kayak Fisherman magazine!
Very cool!  :smt023

I'll be writing my very much highly anticipated article on the ABC's of targeting the mighty elusive King Fish....I'll be doing a book signing as well..... :smt101

So Joel,

Will that signing be done with only your Speedo on.  I will remember to take some motion sickness pills before I go to the signing.  Maybe, I should take double the recommended doseage.

Can we all make a pact?  Never ever ever again will we talk about Joel and his speedos.  We do want to attract new users, right?

Besides, wouldn't you rather talk about the NorCal Women Kayak Angler calendar competion?  And how the next 10 users that sign up to the site get to be the exclusive judges for this infamous event.

Ey Sean - the article you wrote was dead on! BUT - when you get a chance to fish Mendo again, try take a photo of the infamous "STRIPER BOIL". I wish we took a picture of that boil we (john & Mike) witnessed when we were up there! It was definitely a sight to see! In fact, I can still see it on my head! I guess the boil got us too excited and were just amazed! (deer on headlights) :smt103

> NorCal Women Kayak Angler

isn't that some kind of inherent contradiction?  My wife's the only girl I know who's caught a fish from a kayak up here.  Then I made the mistake of bringing her out while pregnant and she chummed up la jolla (after catching a barracuda - the closest thing to a gamefish for the whole trip), and she won't go on the ocean in a kayak again now.   :smt009
The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they call Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early.
