I was looking at the tackletour.com website and ran across the following article and thought to myself, Joel really needs one of these.

Here's the review..
http://www.tackletour.com/reviewtechtackle.html

Evidently, there is a company out there making fully functional but miniaturized versions of a variety of popular rod and reel combos.

Here are some pictures from the TackleTour review...

A Quantum Energy E30 PTI  paired with a Tour Edition PT rod

A Quantum Quantum Cabo CNW30PTS

An Abu Garcia Morrum

Now if they only made 4 oz test....

Perfect for my aquarium.  I can get the IGFA record for neon tetra and Guppy on the same day while drinking home brew...

EVERYTHING BIG!
I drive by this lake everyday and on a clear day, you can see BIG bass school up against the bank - "sunning" themselves. I'm almost sure that there is a world record bass in this lake - as well as bluegills and trout. It's very unfortunate that we cannot enjoy the spoils of this particular lake  :smt011

I'm a big fan of ultra-lite fishing, but thses things?  OMG there tiny!  All them tiny 3" & 4" blue-gil I played with last summer would have
felt like monsters on one of those combos! :smt005
