Mark just could'nt stand hearing about other people catching salmon. So saturday night at the Pacific Rod and Gun crab feed we decided to leave at 4 the next morning. We fished just outside the harbour in 250 ft. of water all the way up to Cleone where the local fleet was and picked up two small keepers. We had a lot of missed hits and caught about 10 shakers. We were dragging 3# balls 50 to 100 pulls using rsks and apexes. One of the local guys posted that there was no bait and as we passed the Rumblefish we asked and they confirmed it.So bring your own.We left the boat at our friends place and we'll be back next weekend.
