My long range tuna days are over.  This reel has been barely used with very minor scrathces.  In perfect working condition.  Comes with ugraded Accurate Reel Clamp and bolts, orginal box and reel cover.

Specs:
Machine-cut, heat-treated stainless steel main and pinion gears and drag cams. Machined, gold anodized one-piece frame. Four aircraft-grade, sealed stainless steel ball bearings. Stainless steel reel stand. forged and machined spool and side plates. One-piece right sided plate.

2 speed gear ratio - High 3.1:1 Low 1.3:1

Holds 850 yards of 50 lb mono.

hmmm 20 albies and then a PM about this reel...I am seeing a connection. I wen't albie fishing once last year (bagged 17) but didn't pay attention the gear being used. Is this typical gear? I have an okuma 50 and was thinking it may be albie material.

This reel can bring in any albie without a sweat. For Albacore specific fishing its great for trolling but overkill for flylining.
It has been a favorite reel for any big game fisherman.

Mel, nice to meet you and thanks for the great deal on the Penn 50SW. I will be using this down at our excursion trip in Mexican water. Once again mahalo for holding on to the reel for me.
