I bought a car on Friday Used, Driving it Saturday all of a sudden we saw our RPM going Beyond 4000, then it wont shift or take any gear, I sign all the paper works on Friday but the car already got busted, the dealer say it was just a fluid tube, do I have any rights to return the car? What are the procedures? I heard from a Friend about the Lemon LAW what is that? does it apply to me the broke down without even 24 hrs..Please need help asap... Thanks

Oh yeah, the lemon law thing. It pertains to the first 18 monthe or 18,000 miles after the purchase of a new car.
