First I want to thank Alfredo for introducing me to this cardiac arrest.
This was my first time making this and if not for Alfredo I would not have known it even existed.
I changed things up just a little. This is one heavy dish!
In the middle I added italian sausage, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, Zatarain's cajon seasoning, minced garlic, chopped onions, mozzarella, and bacon bits.
A little applewood rub on the outside and time for the grill.
It was a lot of fun to make and the cooking time made for a a lot of beer tasting time too.
Topped it off with a red grapfruit, strawberry, blackberry salad drizzled with honey.
Time to hit the treadmill.

Nice work Mike! That looks great.
We talked about adding cheese to the middle, but thought it might be too oily inside.
Looks like it worked for you.

Please bring one to Albion!
