Oh my.  Lots of aluminum tubing to mount brackets and holders to.  Needs solid foam flotation.  Looks rather high out of the water.....all the paddlers have their arms held up.  I wonder if the 40 pound is an honest weight?

I saw a guy on lake Natomas trying to paddling around in something like this.
He didn't go far or stay out very long.
