Hitting the area south of the pier in the morning, tide is long slow incoming, not the best, but doable.  Guys have been catching halis off the pier, and I have had great luck drifting there in years past.  Splashing at 6.

I'll be around that area too to get bait and then head to Angel Island on a PB.  Give me a holler on 69.  Probably be there about 8:30 or so.
