please read I got this from Erick Anderson from Abalone ten divers

Just a quick note to report what was reported to me on 6/14/10…I had a call from a fisherman that reported seeing a great white shark about 16’ or so a few hundreds yards south of Moat Creek. The local fisherman reported that the shark was approximately 100 or so yards off shore. As you may know I’m the local shark guy in the area and receive calls like this throughout the year. (see my shark attack link for conformation)….Usually, I would not be alarmed, however, today I received another call from a local resident that reported the sighting…We had a few sightings here a couple of years ago; please be careful in your search for “The Red Treasure”….Abaloneten (Eric Anderson)

yeah,  I think Sean White  (SBD) got chased out of there a few years ago.  I haven'y been down there yet this year, but it's one of my favorite haunts for fishing.  The reef extends out at least 3/4 of a mile, so it puts you way out there.

I've never seen anything out there......but that don't mean s**t.  Thanks for the heads up.
