they have a couple used scramblers @ shoreline aquatic center.

also city kayak in sf has used scupper pro TW's and prowler 15s.

they once posted a lower price on craigs list, but when I spoke to
Ted in the shop, all he would give over the list was a seat.

Well, I replied to the seller.  We'll see if I was fast enough.  Since I'm local (live in SCruz) perhaps I'll get preferential treatment.
