I am beginning to assemble everything I need to install my piranha max 170 on my OK 15T and just mailed the orginal transducer back to Humminbird and I am awating the return of the parts for the scupper hole mount. BTW it's pretty easy to do the exchange.

I picked up one of these: http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_9152_225003006_225000000_225003000_225-3-6
and some goop to cover the hole where the transducer cable will go through the boat and under the deck just in front of the front right  scupper hole.

Then one of these: http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=17353&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&storeId=11151&storeNum=10103&subdeptNum=10278&classNum=11106

For the power cable and transducer unit to go through to the fish finder which will be mounted under the sonar shield.

I plan on coiling up the wires under the deck like a lot of you have, but here's the million dollar question. Do you think I will get interference running the power cable and traducer cable though the same cable cover from west marine? I want to minimize the number of holes and the cost, but obviously want to keep this as watertight and have a working fish finder. Thanks for the input.

should be zero problems.  i did the same and never had an issue related to that.
