cool tool at lowes

got this re tractor for 4 bucks better than the fishing ones for like 15 bucks, took off the pencil holder and tied on a swivel see how this holds up. james

I picked up a cheap one at the Outdoor Pro ($4)(fly fishing section) and have been using it the last several months on my crossing guard whistle.  I pull it out 30 -40 times a day.  Holding up good.
