I'm quite sure that this is redundant, and I apologize for it.

I'm looking into purchasing the Scotty Bait Caster/Spinning Rod Holder, but would like to get our opinions first. This holder would be mounted on my OK 15. Thanks for your advices :D

Many people here started with the Scotty rod holders but some eventually switch
to Ram holders. Perhaps it is the convenient of moving the holder in one pivot point that makes it easy to move in any angle with minimal time wasted. I have
both. Scotty on my T13 and Ram on my Hobie Revo. BTW, any luck on the paddle?

Thanks for the input Jed :D As for the paddle, I couldn't find the 230 carbon manta ray, so I decided to go with the regular manta ray. It's suppose to arrive at my doors on June 9. If it arrives that day, you know where I will be the next day lol!!

If you or anyone else is available that day, I'd be happy to have some company :D I'm just ITCHING to finally wet my kayak!!!

Glad you to hear the paddle is coming soon. Love your the avatar BTW. Oh, when
you order some kayak accessories, you may want to try Hook1. They are one of
our sponsors and the people there are great. Super fast delivery too. Give them
a try next time.
