I bought the New Kodak Playsport HD video camera. Its great! Its waterproof to 10 meters and records up to 1080p. The MSRP is only $149 but amazon has it cheaper with free SD card.

It's not 10 meters but 10 feet. still an excellent price for a waterproof camera
