By the smile on your face you can tell you had a great time, and way to go on the fishing.

My pleasure Scott.  I got the material to make you some molds yesterday.  Post some more scenic pics if you have them.  Did you make it to two step or Captain Cook?

great report, Scott!   Looks like a fantastic time.   Nice fish and food shots.   Man, that was one toothy critter there.   You are a braver man than me to lay that toothy critter across the legs like that.

Going to 2 step today before the airport. Going to snorkel only. Here is a pic of Haleakala from the Kohala coast. Will post some more shots tomorrow. Should have gotten some whipping tips. Skunked for the first time whipping the reefs for Papio. Scott

OK Andy here are some pics of your favorite places Honaunau (2 step) and south point. South Point and the locals who fish there are total savages. Fighting tuna, marlin and ono from a rickety wood platform on a 30' cliff with is really something. That trash bag technique to get their bait way out there is also pretty cool. scott

I love two step and so do my kids.  My two year old just saw the picture and said he wants to go water, swimming.  Thanks Andy

Sweet, I was there last year...two-steps was amazing.  From the surface it didn't look like anything special, but once you get under the water it's just like Finding Nemo (as my son called it).  Never made it to south point, but that looks pretty intense. Guys actually pull in marlin from that cliff!!??
