OTW 9:30,  trolled a kastmaster into the stiff wind a couple hours for 1 hit that came un-buttoned as I reached for the camera  :smt009

Drifted secret agents under a slip bobber on the way back hitting some coves to escape the  N. winds.

While ashore taking a piss with the offering still in the water, the bobber diappears and the rod goes bendo! :smt001

I put willie away :smt002  grab the rod, and after a nice fight pull in a 15in. bass. :smt003
 Smallie, spotted, or cross?

Shot some video,

Beautiful day at the lake when the wind laid down around 2:00
Still rising, 55 ft. from crest.

Congrat on the catch!  You should go on shore and "piss" more often next time  :smt003  Thanks for the video Tad.

Tad must be that secret agent you released ashore.

Nice spotty there Tad. I'm sure that was some excitement there seeing your rod
bends while taking a leak. :smt003

Funny how it always seems to work out that way!  Nice fish Tad, looking forward to getting out on the lake with you this spring.  I'm looking out my window over the Sac right now though, and that looks mighty inviting too.  Keep at it!

Nice Tad!  Glad you made it out in this weather.  We just got back from Mt Shasta.  Got a cabin there to celebrate V day.  I wish I had taken my kayak, as Siskiyou looked very nice with trout jumping all over.  But I was there to make WAF points, not loose them  :smt009  At least I got to feed some fish at the hatchery with my daughter.

I hope the weather holds, maybe we can make it out next week!

By the way, the hat looks very cool!

Matt
