New Article dicussion feature

This is one of the reasons I switched to the new forum software, cool stuff like this. Now in every article you will see an icon like the one attched. Clicking on it will take you to a forum thread about that article. For now these are in the General forum but I might move them to a seperate "Article Discussion forum" later.
