Cheater Lures?

Anyone ever seen/used these? http://sacramento.craigslist.org/spo/5454385926.html

I checked out the google, mostly saw cheater bomber lures. Haven't seen these, could they just be renamed? I checked out his youtube, and it has great action, so I sent him a note asking for some specs and pics as well.

 Those looked good at the sportsman's expo. I might have to bring a few of those to the Napali coast.
