California Boat Launch Ramp and Put-in Index

Here's a pretty cool online resource listing CA launch sites including details (where provided) such as an overview of the launch, directions, parking, facilities, amenities, cautions, and kayak fishing info. People are encouraged to add new sites and/or add content to existing sites listed. You can also upload pictures and GPS routes.
