I bet they will. Found them on sale at a tackle shop $5. Last pack so i snagged em, they got ling bait written all over em. 7 inches, 2.5 oz, Red eye shad.

I had a 7 ounce, 9 inch, double-hook, trout-looking, rubber lure like that by Panther Martin that I scored at a closeout table a few years back.  It slayed big lings and a giant cabby before I lost it.  Those shad will work fine - a little light maybe.
