Moving my boat to benicia for a week, stopped at the pump house and by the carq bridge.  Only signs of life are on the sonar again.  Fishing by the fleet tomorrow with some of my employees.  Wind less than 10 and water color returning.

So far I did some fishing no the way to Benicia and also one full day with 2 friends with no love.  Water looks great, and metering fish, just can't get them to grab the ghost and grass shrimp.  Going to try again tomorrow so if anybody is heading out let me know!

Many of us will be at McNear State Beach for a Sturgeon derby tomorrow.  Why don't you joint us there?  :smt003

Hmmmm, not a bad idea but doesn't it end at 2 PM?  My boat will take a while to get there at 8 to 9 knots!

What's a beautiful afternoon today in Benicia! The water is almost glassy.  Thanks for the pictures Jim.

I think the first pic was heading past angel island and looking west to the shore there is he really shallow bay just north of Tiburon?  There were thousands of birds hanging out in the calm water, this picture shows some of them that were more out in the racoon straight.
