Yes....forget the bowling, you can have pizza and soda night.

I was hoping this thing would go down monthly and in a different geographical area each time.  Glad your keeping the ball rollin for the peninsula boys Joel.  I'm in, time and location?

Hey guys if you are going to something, give us a date time and place.  I looked back here several times yesterday to see if this was a go or not. :smt013 :smt011  Seems there is a lot of flipping and flopping.  Wether or not tom can go, and dave can't go, but joe can on the third friday of the week is irrelevent. Pick  something and go with it.  If we can make it, we make it, if we can't, we can't and adjust for the next time.  I know everyone would love to attend all of these events, but the reality is we all can't meet on any single day. there is a lot events I would love to attend but work, school, and the Guard don't allow it, so I suck it up.

Also if you want to plan something give enough lead time.   Mooch I would have loved to thrown gutter balls with you last night, or next week or on the third Friday of the week but I need to know (and not just me) is it really going to happen? Not trying to pick on anyone, just seems to be a trend of this alot for guys like me, who can't get out much, the constantly changing target date & time & place can get frustrating.

Mooch I would really like to see you off before you head up North, if I don't, please understand it was nothing personnel, just no time to do it.  Best of luck up there with those lunker Salmon, Halibutts and Salmon Sharks.  BTW I can't wait to see the first ever salmon shark taken by a Filipino from a paddleboard, something tells me that would be a record some where. Oh and remember once you get in the wild up there, you are no longer at the top of the food chain in or out of the water.

Re: Planning non-fishing events

Its akin to herding cats my man. Randomly picking a mid-week day that fits your schedule has potential to become eating pizza or bowling by yourself.  Thats kinda why its necessary to find out when the majority can make it, that happens to turn into Joe can make the first friday but not the second and Joel can go anytime cause his boss doesn't mind him taking time off work.  Necessary evil I think.

Kevin, I'm hoping I can get enough interest first and foremost. (just agarcia had mentioned) So far, we know it's gonna be on a Wednesday night for sure but I only have fishunter and Agarcia that's willing to show up (and I don't really like Agarcia, so I'm hoping I can get more show of hands so I don't have to be the only one stuck socializing with him :smt002)

So let's plan on March 3...not let's get a show of hands....

*Would every first Wednesday of each month be a good solid "go to" date for everyone??

Works for me Mooch, bowling lane off of 42nd street in San Mateo? If some one needs a place to crash hit me up, I live close to those lanes (walking distance actually).

I kinda figured Classic Bowl in Daly City was more centralized? But I'll go with the majority.

Since San Mateo is in my neck of the woods and I am free most Wednesdays I will probably be able to make it out.  Plus, it would be great to meet Mooch in person before his northern migration.
